Description

This PR adds a complete German (de) translation for the frontend user interface.

The translation covers authentication, account management, administration, MFA, passkeys, invitations, OIDC applications, ProxyAuth domains, and general UI components. Existing placeholders and interpolation variables have been preserved to ensure compatibility with the localization framework.
