Adds a loose end to docs/plans/rebuild.md: the parity drive (sdb, WD40EZRZ, serial …WCC7K6YH43TN) has Load_Cycle_Count 1,158,365, far past the usual 300–600k rating for this class. SMART passes and there are no bad sectors, so it isn't failing.

To do: read and lengthen the idle3 timer (idle3ctl), power-cycle, re-check in a week; treat it as the first drive to replace (replacement ≥ 4 TB).

Docs only.

Parity (sdb, WD40EZRZ ...YH43TN) has Load_Cycle_Count 1,158,365 at 41k
hours. SMART still passes with no bad sectors, so it isn't failing, but
the count is far past typical ratings. Added a loose end: check and
lengthen the idle3 timer, power-cycle, re-measure in a week, and treat it
as the first drive to replace.
