End-of-session doc refresh.

docs/reference/lan-endpoints.md: removed retired Hindsight + mem0 rows; added Postgres, pgEdge MCP (:4680/mcp/v1) and Backrest (:9898); the Unraid row now has the MCP/REST URLs and the Bearer auth required since 2026-10-21.
unraid-debug skill: corrected the deploy model. It said pushing arr/media/ai/data to main deploys them; in fact only the 4 Dockhand git-stacks (proxy, auth, printing, aidens-art) deploy from git, and only proxy has a Forgejo webhook. Verified against the Dockhand and Forgejo APIs.
lab-health skill: noted the Unraid REST Bearer key.
