Adds two loose ends to docs/plans/rebuild.md:

Off-LAN friction: working from a phone hotspot, every lab surface times out (Unraid SSH :2222, LiteLLM :4000, Dockhand :8647, and the Unraid/pgEdge/HA MCPs). Logged with a mesh-VPN remedy (Tailscale/WireGuard subnet router or Pangolin client access) rather than more public routes.
litellm image update → urgent: the 2026-10-22 CVE check found critical advisories (salt-key admin escalation, SQLi/auth bypasses) fixed only in recent releases. Target >= v1.104.5 / v1.103.7; rotate keys if the old image was < v1.83.7.

Docs only, no deploy effect.

Unraid/pgEdge/HA MCPs) times out. Logged as a loose end with a mesh-VPN
