Removes the obico-ml service from stacks/printing (plus its .env var). Its image was never built, so a manual Dockhand sync of printing would have failed. The printing stack is now just bambuddy, which is what's running. Spec kept and marked deferred.

No deploy effect (printing has no webhook).
