Lab upkeep after the 2026-10-02 checkup.

Removes stack dirs for retired services (hindsight, mem0, omniroute, droppedneedle, secrets/1Password Connect, stackyard, gate-runner, search). Git history keeps them.
printing: drops spoolman + farfetched. Don't sync printing in Dockhand until OBICO_ML_IMAGE is set — obico-ml (merged in #14) has no image yet.
ai: drops open-webui. infra: forgejo tag 11 → 15 to match the running container.
Baseline: retirements recorded, dead health checks dropped, VPS memory warning 100 → 400 MB for the 2 GB plan. scan.py skips the Hindsight check when it's retired.
CLAUDE.md: Unraid 7.3.2 + retired-services note. hindsight-api skill marked retired.

No deploy effect: printing has no webhook, and ai/infra aren't git-deployed. Full scan is green with these changes (91 checks).
