Found during a lab health scan: backup.flash has been amber because hosts/unraid/flash/ contained only a README — no config had ever actually been committed, so the documented disaster-recovery path was untested.

adds network.cfg and go as pulled from /boot/config (both stock defaults — nothing custom to lose, which is itself worth recording)
adds a generated plugins.txt listing the 9 installed .plg files
fixes the README: the documented scp commands used port 22 (reserved for Forgejo — Unraid SSH is 2222) and referenced /boot/config/plugins/dynamix.plugin.manager/plugins.txt, which does not exist on Unraid 7.x
notes Basic.key and passwd as explicitly excluded
